Our workplaces are being disrupted by pervasive digitization, disconnection from a remote or hybrid workforce, and the continuous erosion of stability: both in life and at work, as our world is in a state of increased fluctuation. With reduced touch-points between individuals, their teams and the organizations they work for, many people are feeling a need for belonging, and connection. 

In the face of growing societal disparity and separation, leaders can choose to forge a path toward meeting employees fundamental human needs in a more impactful way.

The bottom line is this: Leaders that are able to create coherence within themselves and their leadership teams; will connect with the fundamental human needs of their most valuable assets, their employees, who will then create organizational health, serving the companies Mission, Clients and Goals.

In a recent Gallup survey of human resources executives regarding the internal changes COVID-19 has prompted their companies to make, researchers found that employees need four things to succeed: trust, stability, hope and compassion.

Operating as a Leadership Coach and Team Development Facilitator, John's mission is to develop human-centric leadership teams that embody and serve the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual needs of their teams.

John's Executive expertise spans 22 years, beginning as the co-founder of a multi-million dollar start-up, which required many entrepreneurial skills including; acquisition, growth and divesting experience. After the successful sale of this start up 15 years after its  inception, John went on to play a key executive role as VP of People and Wellness for one of Canada's largest General Contractors, where he was responsible for  Human Resources, Health, Safety & Environment and the P&L for multiple business units.

Leadership Advisor

John will work with your leadership team, building a trusted advisory relationship. Based on the companies needs, John's services can range from Executive Coaching, to Fractional C-Suite services, Board work or project based consulting.

Human Centric Team Development

John will facilitate a team development program, beginning by assessing your teams current state, creating a Human Centric  development plan, which is then facilitated monthly, providing accountability, integration and support for the team as they grow individually and collectively.

Wellbeing Workshops

 John offers  Wellbeing Workshops  that are supported by a  proprietary App that provides data, tips and engagement; in addition to a peer support framework that encourages all participants in practicing Wellbeing as a Life skill.
